 1. Light Tapioca 

1 Tapioca  Bread

1/2 tomato (cut into cubes)

1 tablespoon of light cottage cheese

2 or 3 pinches of oregano

Olive oil to taste

Cooking Instructions: 

Prepare the tapioca  (following the 4 easy steps provided in the box)

Lower the heat and add the ingredients.

Olive oil to taste

Fold your tapioca and enjoy.

Calories:  approx. 190 calories

 2. Tapioca Fitness 

Ingredients:

1 Tapioca  Bread

4 chopped strawberries

1 scoop of chocolate whey protein

1 tablespoon of  dark chocolate

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare the tapioca  (following the 4 easy steps provided in the box)

Prepare the bread, then lower the heat

 

  • Place all ingredients over half of the formed tapioca disc
  • Fold it in half and enjoy!

Calories: approx. 180 calories

 3. Chicken & Sweet Potatoes 


Ingredients:

1 Tapioca Bread

2 tablespoons of grilled or baked chicken

2 cherry tomatoes (sliced)

2 tablespoons of mashed sweet potatoes

Chopped black olives

2 tablespoons of chopped red pepper

Olive oil to taste

1 leaf of lettuce 

Cooking Instructions: 

Prepare the tapioca  (following the 4 easy steps provided in the box)

Prepare the bread, then lower the heat

  • Place chicken over half of the formed tapioca disc
  • Add the other ingredients
  • Finalise by adding a dash of olive oil
  • Fold it in half and enjoy!

 4. Scrambled Eggs Tapioca

Ingredients:

 

1 Tapioca Bread

1 egg whites + 1 egg yolk

1 tomato cut into cubes

1 tablespoon of chia

Oregano and basil to taste

Dash of olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare your scrambled eggs first

Prepare the tapioca  (following the 4 easy steps provided in the box)

Prepare the  bread, then lower the heat

  • Place the scrambled eggs over half of the  tapioca disc
  • Add the other ingredients
  • Finalise by adding a dash of olive oil
  • Fold it in half and enjoy!
  • Calories: approx. 190 calories 

 5. Light & Nutritive Tapioca 

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Tapioca  Bread
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt   
  • 2 tablespoons of broccoli 
  • 2 tablespoons of grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of grated beets 
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped diced mango

 

Cooking Instructions: 

Prepare the tapioca  (following the 4 easy steps provided in the box)

 
After preparing the  Tapioca, lower the fire to begin the preparation of your filling
 
  • Place the ingredients over half of the formed tapioca disc
  • Fold it in half and enjoy!

Step 1

Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan. Once heated, pour 2 tablespoons of water. Place a disk of tapioca bread in the frying pan over a piece of baking paper, which comes in your package. Ensure that you have it over low heat.

Step 2

Sprinkle the tapioca bread with thawed butter or coconut oil (optional)

Step 3

Place the filling of your choice (not included) over half of the formed Tapioca disk. Fold in half or keep it open like a pizza. Cover your frying pan with a lid.

If you choose to fold it, turn your Tapioca to ensure it is cooked on both sides.
