PIZZA TAPIOCA RECIPE

Pizza tapioca


Ingredients:


1 Tapioca  Bread
20 grams of ham
20 grams of light cheese
1 Tomato cut into cubes
1 tablespoon basil
2 to 3 pinches of oregano
1 teaspoon of olive oil


Cooking Instructions: (Following the 4 easy steps below)

 

Sprinkle your Tapioca Bread with the basil before putting it in the frying pan
Finishing the preparation, lower the heat.
Add the cheese and other ingredients.
Finish with the olive oil, wait for 1 minute.
Serve your tapioca open, shaped like a pizza.

Step 1

Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan. Once heated, pour 2 tablespoons of water. Place a disk of tapioca bread in the frying pan over a piece of baking paper, which comes in your package. Ensure that you have it over low heat.

Step 2

Sprinkle the tapioca bread with thawed butter or coconut oil (optional)

Step 3

Place the filling of your choice (not included) over half of the formed Tapioca disk. Fold it in half or keep it open like a pizza. Cover your frying pan with a lid.

Step 4

If you choose to fold it, turn your Tapioca to ensure it is cooked on both sides.
