Pineapple Tapioca Recipe

 

 

Following the easy steps of how to make tapioca you have here a suggestion of Pineapple filling:

Ingredients:

30/50 grams of chopped and cooked pineapple (or canned)

2 tablespoons grated coconut (moisten the coconut with 2 tablespoons of water)

Optional: Butter or coconut oil

Optional: Topping: Syrup, chocolate topping, custard, honey, condensed milk, etc.

Step 1

Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan. Once heated, pour 2 tablespoons of water.

Place a disk of tapioca bread in the frying pan over a piece of baking paper, which comes in your package.

Ensure that you have it over low heat.

Step 2

Sprinkle the tapioca bread with thawed butter or coconut oil (optional)

Step 3

Place the filling of your choice (not included) over half of the formed Tapioca disk.

Fold in half or keep open like a pizza. Cover your frying pan with a lid.

If you choose to fold it, turn your Tapioca to ensure it is cooked on both sides.
