One of the places where Tapioca emerged as a street food option, gradually gained Brazil and took such a popular dimension that today all Brazilians appreciate and have their tapioca at least once a week. There is always one that has tapioca all the days as a bread, being gluten free and having many health benefits, many make diets with selected fillings eating Tapioca daily at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Tips
The Tapioca Mix can also be placed directly in the frying pan without sifting, only using the back of a spoon you spread the Tapioca starch, the difference is only that is a little thicker than the sieved.
You can make incredible tapioca light variations with a wide variety of seasonings. Just changing the seasoning changes the taste of tapioca a lot. To make a sweet tapioca to lose weight with smart seasonings remember the cinnamon and vanilla. For the salads remember the garlic, oregano, chives, sesame and peppers.
The secret of the "crunchy" tapioca is a good sifting. Buy a sieve just to sift your tapioca. The finer you leave the Tapioca starch, the more crunchy and soft your tapioca will get. To sieve press the back part of a spoon over the starch tapioca already put in the sieve until it passes through whole. (sachet of 100g Tapioca Mix) Tapioca Brazil
